We would like you to love your TYG products as much as we love them, gladly we accept returns for refund or exchange within the first 14 days of the date, all we ask is that it’s returned to us in its original condition with all original packaging, in a unworn brand-new condition.

Just a heads up, we're unable to accept returns on engraved jewelry items and special orders (Custom/Made-to-order items and solid gold items) because each piece is made to order. Once the products go into production, there will be NO cancellations.
