* TYG offer 5 times 14k real gold plated for our products.
* Our products are made out of the highest quality materials, including, Brass, 925 sterling silver and then dipped 5 times in gold plating with unique craftsmanship. It will help maintain the beautiful finish and it's hard to fade.

What kind of stones are they?
* For most of the products we offer Moissanite stone & Cubic Zircon stone, which is an excellent alternative to VVS diamond because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear.

Does the gold persist or fade over time?

Can I take a shower with this on without fading? Does It change color?
* Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry when taking a bath.

Why is the tracking number not working?
* When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

* TYG provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 14 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 14 days ONLY EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.
